What advice can you give students that can help them develop their own leadership skills?
In order to lead effectively, you must truly serve by experiencing and understanding the roles played by those you lead – earn respect by first taking the time to gleam an understanding, by doing, listening and observing and not just by delegating.
Engagement brings respect to the table and that respect fuels and inspires leaders to continue to do great things for those they serve.

Practice what you preach and remember that leadership and service go hand in hand.
