What advice can you give students to help them develop their own leadership skills?
How you deal with mistakes or negative feedback says a lot about your character and people are watching. When these things happen, don’t talk bad about the event/people/supervisor. Take it, correct what you need to, and move forward.

Your leadership style has to be flexible and change; what made you successful in previous positions is not necessarily the skills you need to focus on for the new position.
